How long does my listing run?
Our standard listing duration is 60 days. We know that heavy equipment takes time to sell, and we want to give your listing the time it needs to find the right buyer.
Do you take a commission on the sale?
Absolutely not. We are a classifieds marketplace, not an auction house. You pay the flat listing fee, and you keep 100% of the sale price.
Can I edit my listing after it's live?
Yes! You can log into your dashboard at any time to adjust the price, update the description, or swap out photos.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards securely via Stripe.
Is there a refund policy?
Because digital listings go live immediately and consume server resources, we do not offer refunds once a listing is published. However, if you accidentally double-post or experience a technical issue, contact our support team and we'll make it right.
Is searching really free?
Yes — all searches are completely free with no limits. Create a free account to save listings, set price alerts, and use advanced filters.
How do I contact a seller?
Listings posted directly on BlueCollar Equipment Exchange include a built-in chat option so you can message the seller directly through our portal. External listings (from dealerships, auction sites, etc.) link out to the seller's original listing page.
